The four number Galway United lotto is run on behalf of Galway United Football Club by the Galway United Supporters Trust. The lotto started in the summer of 2001, and this progressive lotto has steadily grown since then.
The draw takes place every Sunday night in various pubs throughout the city. There is also an in house draw in the pub where the lotto is held. The results are published in the Connacht Sentinel every Tuesday, on the official Galway United website and here on locallotto.ie.
