Cycle Against Suicide - Nobber Spin Off 2014
Congratulations to Dudley Farrell and all at Nobber Dee Railers for a wonderfully organised Cycle Against Suicide on Saturday 15th November. It was a magnificent occasion and I think the lovely November weather reflected the message of the day. Everyone was in great spirit and the feeling of good-will in the group was a palpable and a truly humbling experience. Well done to all concerned and remember it’s OK not to feel OK; and it’s absolutely OK to ask for help
Back to Health
To continue on that theme, Stephen McDermott, Osteopath at ‘Back to Health Clinic’, Church Hill, Navan is taking bookings from Kilmainhamwood GFC members for a FREE health and spinal check which involves
- Discussing your presenting problem
- How Osteopathy works to resolve even chronic injuries and how it can help you, whether it is lower back, knee, hip or shoulder pain
- The principles of healthy eating
- A regular exercise programme
- Stress management
- A spinal and joint exam
- Light treatment if necessary
- And answer any other health related queries you may have.
So if you would like to discuss any of the above prior to making a booking, or request any more information from Stephen, please arrange a consultation on 086 8361329. Please note there is no obligation following this consultation.
Best of luck to Seán McCormack as he attempts to re-gain his crown at the finals of the Bard of Armagh on Friday 21st November
