Next draw for a Jackpot of €4,400 takes place in Cormeen on Monday 14th February 2011 at 9pm.
The Kilmainhamwood first team had their second challenge match of the year against Darver last Friday evening in the wind & the rain and ran out easy winners in the end.
The team lined out with Michael Clarke in goals with Philip Moran, Damien Cunningham and Emmett Clarke in the full-back line . Shane Russell replaced the injured Damien Cunningham after 15 minutes. The half-backs were Alan Carolan, Francis Owens & Padraig Barber. Shane Clarke & Andy Farrelly made up the mid-field. Michael Shankey, Kieran Shankey and John Koegan were the half-forwards while David Clarke, Stephen Kiernan and Damien Farrelly were the full-forwards. Emmett Roche & David Dolan were second half subs.
Training this week Tuesday & Thursday at 7:30pm.
U-8 & U-10 training recommenced on Saturday 5th February 2011 at 10am at the Kilmainhamwood pitch and there was a good turn-out despite the harsh weather. Training continues each Saturday at 10am.
