Places can be secured on receipt of completed form and full payment.
Places will be filled on a first come first served basis.
Parent/ Guardian must sign application form.
All medical conditions must be clearly stated on the application form.
University College Dublin Association Football Club will not be responsible for children outside of the hours of 10:00am - 3:00pm.
University College Dublin Association Football Club does not accept responsibility for any personal injury or loss or damage of property incurred while attending the camp.
All valuable items must be left at home.
University College Dublin Association Football Club reserves the right to expel any participant from the camp if their behaviour is deemed disruptive or dangerous to themselves or other camp participants.
All course participants are fully covered for public liability insurance.
The use of mobile phones are prohibited during camp hours, if contact needs to be made between parent and child the camp will facilitate a phone call
