You are hereby notified that the Portlaoise Panthers Basketball Club is covered for Public Liability Insurance only. Personal accident Insurance is the responsibility of each individual Player/Parent. The Club or any of its servants shall not be responsible for any liability in respect of personal injury, loss or damage of property.
