I understand and agree that I participate in this event entirely at my own risk, that I must rely on my own ability in dealing with all hazards and that I must ride in a manner which is safe for myself and all others. I am aware that when riding on a public highway, the function of the marshals is only to indicate direction and that I must decide whether the movement is safe.

I agree that no liability what so ever shall attach to the organisers, any event partner or sponsor and/or any event official/volunteer in respect of injury, accident, loss or damage suffered by me in or by reason of the event, however caused.  

By entering the event I am indicating and declaring that I am medically fit and able to complete the event, whether 55Km or 100Km, and that I do so totally and absolutely at my own risk. If I become aware of any such medical condition or impairment I will withdraw from the event.

I accept that the organisers, event partners and sponsors will not be held responsible for any property lost, mislaid or stolen on the course, at the refreshment stops or at the registration venue.

I accept that the organisers reserve the right to reduce the course distance, change the course, or make any other amendment to the event that they deem necessary in order to stage the event.

I hereby grant full permission to any of the foregoing to use photographs, films or recordings of the event for any legitimate purpose.  I also understand that my personal information will be stored and used by the event organisers to contact me in the future as per GDPR guidelines

I understand that once I enter the event my entry is non-refundable.  In the event of cancellation in the event of inclement weather, the organisers reserve the right to rearrange the event to another date.
