PLAYER’S & PARENT’S/GUARDIAN’S DECLARATION

• I will abide by the rules & procedures set down in Killanena GAA Club’s Code of Practice for Children in Sport, and the GAA Code of Behaviour.
• I will play by the rules of the GAA and abide by the rules set down when travelling to away events.
• I will treat my coaches and officials with respect, and will treat other players fairly.
• I will play the game for enjoyment and endeavour to do my best at all times.
• I will be modest in victory and gracious in defeat.
• I will pay my membership fee on time.
• I am aware of the Clubs Policy on NOT paying expenses for claims not covered by GAA Insurance.
• I am aware that Killanena GAA will pay costs for no more the 3 physiotherapy sessions per injury.
