PARENT/GUARDIAN DECLARATION

• I will abide by the rules & procedures set down in Killanena GAA Club’s Code of Practice for Children in Sport, and the GAA Code of Behaviour.
• I will encourage my child to play by the rules, and will endeavour to have my child punctual for training and matches.
• I accept that the Killanena GAA Club is not responsible for my child before commencement and after finishing times of training and matches.
• I will encourage my child to respect coaches, officials and other players.
• I will be responsible for collecting my child after training and matches, and will ensure my child will have proper attire and equipment.
• I give consent for my child’s photograph  to be shown on group/team photos on Killanena GAA’s multimedia pages.
