Providing an up-to-date online method so members can pay their club subscription just like they pay for everything else is hugely important for Galwegians RFC.  Like most sports clubs, we relied for many years on people coming in with cash on a Saturday morning, issuing of handwritten receipts for financial control, and compiling paper lists to keep track of our membership base. In recent years, our growing player numbers, breadth of player types and the increasing need to keep accurate personal and contact data means we began creating forms that had to be laboriously typed into spreadsheets.

Keeping this all under control is been becoming harder than refereeing rugby games.  The value of the MyClubFinances.com system we've introduced this season is that it covers all our needs: Members can pay 24/7 from home, data is entered only once by players themselves, and we can easily generate the lists and reports we need to manage both our players and our finances.
