Due to the Covid 19 restrictions, our Club AGM for 2020 will be held for the first time, as a virtual meeting via Zoom/phone on Thursday 26th November at 8.00pm.

We advise all members that access to a PC/laptop or mobile device with a reliable internet connection is required. Should a member wish to attend the AGM via Zoom they are required to send their email address to
secretary.eireoggreystones.wicklow@gaa.iebefore November 23rd after which time they will receive a link to the meeting, once membership status is verified.
Votes will be taken via Zoom on the night where each attendee will be required to vote via Zoom message for all attendees to see. All members attending virtually must have their cameras on.
VIA PHONE
There are a small number of members without access to a PC so we will supply a phone number where you can dial into the meeting on the night. We will endeavour to allow those members to cast their votes on motions via text. Those votes will be read individually to the meeting to ensure transparency.
