There was no winner of the lotto ,numbers drawn were 7-19-28 next weeks jackpot is €1,750, draw will take place at Shannahans Bar. The senior team picked up the points with a good win over Bishopstown in the league at home on Sunday. The game was played in wet conditions, we started well to score two early goals and lead at half time by 2-04pts. to 0-02pts. We had the elements for the second half and played some very good football, we won on a score line 4-11pts.to 0-06pts. Brian Hurley and Mark Collins played for Munster in the M Donnelly interprovincial FC semi - final, they lost to Connacht in a high scoring game. Mark and Brian both played well with Brian scoring an unforgettable goal. The U8 panel will have training every Friday night at 6:45pm in the hall at the Blackfield.
The club wishes the best of luck to the St. Fachnas De La Salle senior team who play the semi final of the Corn Ui Mhuiri Munster Colleges A Championship when they take on De La Salle Macroom on this Saturday Feb 22nd in Enniskeane @ 1.30pm.
