There was no winner of the lotto, numbers drawn were 6-8-20. Next weeks jackpot is €7000 and the draw will take place at Kearneys Well.
The Castlehaven clubs victory dinner dance is on Saturday night in the West Cork Hotel. It will be a great night of celebrations with the presentation of county medals to the three winning teams. Marty Morrissey of RTE fame is the guest speaker and the club are also honoring the Junior 1 panel that won the 1973 West Cork championship. That victory was a major break through for the club and the majority of the team went on to help the club attain senior status. Tickets are €35 and patrons are advised that events starts promptly at 7:00pm.
The results for the December monthly draw €500 Jerry Sheehy, €200 Declan Hegarty, €100 Jack Buckley, €100 Frank O'Sullivan, €50 Billy O'Connell, €50 John O'Donovan, €50 Peggy and Joan O'Driscoll, €50 Dan McCarthy, €50 Emma Hickey, €50 Michael John O'Donoghue.
