Sunday. It was a great game of football, with some fine scores, fielding and defending by both teams. Macroom started well but we kicked some fine scores to lead at half time by 1-06pts. to 1-05pts. We started brilliantly after half time and scored two great goals which were the decisive scores of the game. Macroom finished very strong, but we deservedly held on to win by 3-13pts. to 3-08pts.
