Castlehaven GAA Club lotto results: There was no winner of the jackpot last weekend when the numbers drawn were 7-19-35. Consolation prizes were won by Frank Cronin, Niall Murray and Maura Shanahan. Tickets can be purchased online at www.castlehavengaa.ie Next week’s jackpot will be €2,400 on Monday 15th August. The Castlehaven Intermediate ladies team defeated the Clonakilty senior team to win the West Cork Division 1 championship. It was brilliant game between two excellent team with Castlehaven winning by 1 pt. The Castlehaven and St. James teams played a cracking 2nd round group junior A championship game last Sunday in Leap. Castlehaven just came up short loosing by two points after a great game with St. James. Castlehaven must now regroup, for their must win 3rd group game vs St. Marys next Sunday. The Castlehaven and Tadgh MacCarthaigh U14 girls teams will have to meet again as they drew the league final last Sunday 2-04pts each.
