Castlehaven GAA Club lotto results: There was no winner of the jackpot last weekend when the numbers drawn were 19, 20, 30. Consolation prizes were won by Batt Maguire, Sean Nolan and Dick O Connell.
Next week’s jackpot will be €2,200 on Monday 8th August.
The Castlehaven U17 team played two group championship games during the past week. They continued their excellent form with two fine wins.
On Friday 29th they played Carbery Rangers and recorded a good win Full Time Castlehaven 7-15pts to Carbery Rangers 1-00 pts. On Monday 1st August they played Owen Gaels at Moneyvollahane. It was a super game of attacking football. With Castlehaven winning a high scoring game Castlehaven 4-19pts Owen Gaels 4-08 pts.
The team have now won their three group games so far.
The Castlehaven U15 team made the long journey to play Ballinhassig on Wednesday 27th and had a fine win.
The Castlehaven Intermediate ladies are through to the West Cork final vs Clonakilty. Also they qualified for the league final vs The Dohenys.
The Castlehaven U14 girls team defeated Courcey Rovers in the league semi final. They now play Tadgh MacCarthaigh in the league final .
The U12 girls had a great win over Ilen Rovers in the league.
The Castlehaven minor ladies defeated Rosscarbery Ladies in the league.
