Castlehaven GAA Club lotto results: There was no winner of the jackpot last weekend when the numbers drawn were 26-27 and 32. Consolation prizes were won by Ryan Deasy, Sean Cahalane and Anne Daly.

Next week’s jackpot will be €1,400 on Monday 6th September.

Last Sunday wasn’t to be for Castlehaven but each & every player gave their all today. We thank the whole panel, management team and support group for the huge effort all year. As they say Its " Get back on the Horse" again for the team as they now play Newcestown next Saturday in the 2021 championship.

The Castlehaven U15 panel traveled to Bandon to play in the Feile last Saturday morning . Castlehaven played Kilmurry in a great game winning by Castlehaven 0-07pts to Kilmurry 0-04pts . Then they defeated Bantry Blues by 2-06pts to 1-02pts . They then played Macroom the other section winners . In a top game Castlehaven advanced to the semi final by winning Castlehaven 1-07pts Macroom 0-04pts . They played Youghal on Sunday morning at Ovens and lost a cracking game by 1 pt in the semi final .

Ladies Football

The Castlehaven junior ladies continued their climb up the leagues with a fine win over O Donovan Rossa last Saturday in the Div 3 league final at Leap. It was a typical local derby between two excellent teams. Goals win games and Castlehaven got 2 early goals and went on to win by 2-07pts to 0-09pts.
