All roads lead to Pairc Ui Chaoimh for the Munster final on Saturday evening . Castlehaven have a strong representation both teams James McCarthy (management ) Jack Cahalane ,Sean Bohane with the minors and Mark Collins ,Brian Hurley and Michael Hurley with the seniors .

The Castlehaven senior team welcomed Eire Og to Moneyvollahane for a league on Tue 11th .Both sides needed the points for different reasons Castlehaven for promotion and Eire Og to avoid  relegation so it was a very competitive game .The visitors made the better start to lead by 0-03pts to 0-02pts after 15 mins .

Both teams had numbers back behind the ball so scores were scarce .Castlehaven got a goal to lead by 0-01pts after 20 mins but the visitors replied with  0-03pts to lead at half time by  0-07pts to 1-03pts . Both sides swapped scores early in the second half  with Castlehaven leading by  1-08pts to 0-11pts after 40 mins . The game was from end to end at this stage with both teams going for the win . Eire Og scored a goal midway throug the second half to regain the lead by  0-02pts . Castlehaven showed great composure in the last 10 mins by out scoring Eire Og by 0-05pts to 0-01pts and win the game by  FT 1-13pts to 1-11pts .
