There was no winner of the weekly club lotto, the numbers drawn were 2-22-37. Next weeks draw will take place at Casey's with a jackpot of €7,800. The Castlehaven senior team made the long journey to play Mallow away on Saturday evening. The home team were the better team on the day and had a comprehensive victory. Mallow won by 1-22pts to 0-08pts and picked up the league points. Castlehaven team: P Hurley, D Whelton, R Walsh, T O Leary, P O Brien. The Castlehaven U16 girls team welcomed St. Colums to Moneyvollane on Monday 10th for a league game. Castlehaven got an excellent start to lead by 2 goals at half time. They extended their lead after the break but Colums finished the game strongly to cut the deficit. Castlehaven held on to win by 5-04pts to 4-05pts to pick up the league points. It is important to note that anyone who doesn't register on the night are not guaranteed gear. Anyone who has registered online their gear is sorted and they don't have to do any more. The camp is on from Tue 8th to Fri 11th Aug 10:30 am to 1:00pm. Fixtures: Junior A championship - Castlehaven vs St. Colums on Tue 25th in Aughaville at 7:30pm.
