There was no winner of the weekly club lotto ,the numbers drawn were
19-26-31 next weeks draw will take place at The Boatman's with a
jackpot of €1,400. The Castlehaven senior team played Nemo Rangers in the league
final last Thursday night . The first half was a very close affair
with both teams playing with a lot of men behind the ball .Nemo lead
by 0-03pts to 0-02pts after 15mins but Castlehaven scored a great goal
before the break to lead by 1-05pts to 0-07pts at half time .Nemo won
the game after half time when they out scored Castlehaven by 0-07pts
to 0-01pts. to lead by 5 pts .Castlehaven emptied the bench and
finished the game strongly . They cut the deficit to 2pts in extra
time but Nemo held on to win by 0-17pts to 1-12pts . The Castlehaven

Ronan Walsh was fullback on UCC Freshers team that were defeated in
A Football League final by DCU 3.09 UCC 0.11 .
Well done to the Castlehaven girls Rachel Deasy , Shelly Daly , Rachel
Whelton ,Katie Cronin and Aine Daly who were on the senior team for
Skibbereen Community School that defeated Cashel Community School
in the quarter final of the Munster Senior B championship today
