There was no winner of the weekly club lotto, the numbers drawn were 7-8-36, Sellers Prize Batt Maguire, Luck dip Sophie Anderson & Rosaire Gill. Next weeks draw will take place in Horse & Hound with a massive jackpot of €10,800. The Castlehaven U16 team traveled away to play Clonakilty in the A league final last Monday evening. The home team dominated early on and lead by 1-04pts to 0-00 after twenty minutes .Castlehaven came into the game before half-time and scored 3 points ,to leave the half-time score Clon 1-06pts CHaven 0-03pts.There was a huge improvement by Castlehaven in the second half and they scored two early goals to draw level 2-03pts to 1-06pts. The standard of football was excellent for the last twenty minutes with both teams playing attacking football. Clonakilty went 4 points up with 10 minutes remaining, Castlehaven responded to draw level with time up. Castlehaven took the lead on the 60th minute but Clonakilty had one last attack and scored a late goal to win the game by 3-09pts to 2-10pts.
