Meeting Tuesday 9th Oct. 2018 at 8.30pm in Sarsfields new facility.

With a dedicated co-ordinator we will help you to feel fitter, have more energy, have fun and meet new people.
All you need to bring is a high vis jacket & a small flashlight.

Sarsfields Couch to 5K programme;
Provides an opportunity to become more active, get fitter.
An easy to do, 8 week programme of physical activity. Walking or jogging as suits you,
that aims to get people who are inactive to walk or run 5K.
All done under the guidance of a trained Physical Activity Tutor.
This programme is free to participants and all members of the community are welcome.
Starting on Tuesday the 9th of October at 7:30pm.
Venue: Sarsfields GAA grounds, New Inn.
