SENIOR CLUB
Official opening of Sarsfields GAA grounds will take place on Sunday 16th September 2018.
The official opening of our GAA Grounds will be a historic occasion for our club and will feature Killimordaly versus Turloughmore in Round 4 of the Galway Senior Club Hurling Championship.
The event begins 13:30 with U10 Hurling mini-games between Killimordaly, Turloughmore and Sarsfields.
15:00 Blessing of the grounds by V. Rev. Pat Kenny PP, followed by the Official opening by Club President David McGann.
15:25 Amhrán ns bhFiann plays ahead of the start of the Senior Championship match Killimordaly v Turloughmore at 15:30
16:05 U12 mini games: Sarsfields Camogie Club
5pm Refreshments and presentations in New Inn Leisure Centre - all welcome
We are hoping that a successful pitch opening will allow us to fully complete the final piece of this development and would welcome your support.
