CLUB SHOP: The shop will be open on Thursday 6pm-7.30pm for collection of Christmas orders. OPERATION TRANSFORMATION 2018: The club are launching Operation Transformation 2018. The programme will run for 8 weeks from January 15th (Monday & Wednesday evenings) with weekly Adult weigh in’s (optional). It will follow the RTE’s Operation Transformation Programme with exercise programmes and healthy eating plans. The cost of participating is €20 per adult, children are free if they want to participate with their parents/family. Weekly walks and jogs will be organised around the local area. We will also take part in the 5km walk in conjunction with the RTE programme, the date of this is yet to be confirmed. Operation Transformation is open to everybody, you don’t have to be a club member to take part so we’d encourage everybody to get involved and make this a huge success.
