Football News
Our U12's lost out by two points to St James in a City League Final last Friday evening in Pearse Stadium. It was a very spirited performance by our lads, and it was literally just one kick of the ball that seperated them at the end. Given a few more minutes of injury time, they would have certainly orerhauled a compeditive St James side.
Our U14's has a great trip to McHale Park to watch the Galway V Mayo Connacht Final. Although Galway lost on the pitch, this didnt seem to bother the lads who had a mighty day out.
Minor Championship. Our Minors travel to Rosmuc to play An Cheathru Rua on Wednesday 23rd July @ 7pm.

Hurling News
Mágh Cuilinn kept further progress in the Intermediate Championship in their own hands beating Oranmore Maree by 2-17 to 1-17. Next weekend the Cappataggle/Kilconieron game will show what is required in the final round of games. Anything other than a win against Cappataggle then might see Mágh Cuilinn out.
Centra Hurling Fun Day
There was a relaxed approach to the CENTRA HURLING FUN DAY last Sunday at the pitch; A FREE EVENT for all the family. The Hurling skills queues were outdone by those for the very tempting BBQ, Noel provided the Music, the (very serious) U11 Exhibition Game had a very fun adult half time GO Games. It was a great day and were blessed with the sunshine & good humoured parents & coaches who had as much fun as the kids!!! Thanks to Serenal, David Collins again this year and all who pitched in, roll on Lydo with the photos.
