Football News
Congratulations to Dessie Conneely who will captained Galway Minors last week in a semi final victory against Roscommon. They now play old enemy Mayo at 12 noon next Sunday in Pearse stadium in the Connacht Final.
Also David Wynne, Gareth Bradshaw and Peter Cooke are on the Galway panel to face Roscommon in the Senior Connacht Finalat 2pm on Sunday where we can expect great support for all our Clubmen.
Our U14's defeated Dunmore McHales in the replay of the first round of the championship on Friday in Dunmore with a score of 2.07 to 2.06. Fair play to all the parents and friends who travelled, but they were treated to a classic nip and tuck game of football. They now face monivea abbey on Wednesday next at 7.30pm away in Monivea.@ 7.30pm. Good luck lads !
Our Seniors lost to An Ceathru Rua on Saturday evening by 4.7 to 4.77
Our Juniors play Salthill @ 6pm next Saturday in Pairc Mhaigh Cuilinn.

Hurling News
U16 Hurlers were defeated by Kilnadeema-Leitrim on Thursdayby 3.12 to 0.11. Well done to the lads on a spirited performance.
Our Minors defeated Mullagh on Friday evening in Pairc Mhaigh Cuilinn by 4.12 1.20. They now play Tommy Larkins on Wednesday in Woodford @ 7pm.
Our Seniors play Beagh in Kenny Park on Friday evening @ 7.30pm in the Senior B Hurling Championship.
U6, U8 and u10 Hurling is on Fridays 6.30 to 7.30pm. You can register on the evening. New members welcome.
