Under the guidance of the Senior Coaching team of Niall and Cillian, assisted by the vast numbers of senior, girls, youths and minis coaches the playing side has never been stronger and plans for the new season are well in hand at all levels. Our pitches and facilities in Shamrock Lodge continue to be developed to cater for our expanding playing population.However this sound foundation of rugby in Boyne is threatened by a severe lack of resources (i.e. people) to work and support the ever increasing need to find additional sources of revenue beyond the members, to fund the club’s continued growth. What is needed is a small amount of your time, energy and ability to work with us in tackling the biggest challenge we face - growing our revenue. Therefore I am appealing to you to make some time available and attend our special meeting on 13th August starting at 8pm in the clubhouse at Shamrock Lodge to discuss The FUTURE of BOYNE RUGBY.It is essential we mobilize all our members and families, our women and our men in a coordinated approach and this kick – off meeting is designed to generate the energy and momentum needed to get things underway. I would appeal to you that every family is well represented. Membership Subscriptions 2015/16Memberships for the 2015/16 season are now open and I want to draw your attention to some of the changes we have brought in for the coming season.Due to the ever increasing pressure on our outgoings with increasing grounds/clubhouse maintenance and running costs together with increasing rates and IRFU insurance charges, all Mini/Youth & Adult Memberships have been reluctantly increased. This is the first increase since 2010 but we have included in the membership 2 tickets (value €20) for the One Club One Country draw for Mini/Youth Categories. We normally ask every Mini/Youth player to sell 3 tickets per family, but including this in the membership means we will not now require these tickets to be bought separately in November.New Membership Categories !!We are also introducing 2 new membership categories. Gold Supporter Membership and a 10- Year Platinum Supporter Membership.The Gold Supporter membership costs €350 per season and includes Option to purchase international tickets€50 clubhouse/bar voucher, Free entry to all home AIL League games Name or Company Name proudly displayed on the Boyne’s Gold Supporters Board .We are also introducing a 10-year Platinum Supporter Membership priced at €3,500. The benefits include all those benefits in the Gold Supporter package plus a meal for two for 2 AIL home matches per year Hi Everyone,
Boyne RFC are holding a monster raffle. Draw will take place in Shamrock Lodge Clubhouse following the 1st Leinster League fixture v Bective Rangers, on 22d August.
On the night of the draw, we will have Food (Pig on the Spit), Drinks Music & Craic.
Basically, we have secured 2 packages for the Ireland V France World Cup game,in Milennium Stadium, Cardiff, on 11th Oct.
Each Package consists of Flights x2, Accom X 2; Match Tickets X2.
Tickets cost €100.00 each. Ticket sales are limited to 100 tickets for each of the 2 packages.
