to collect clean clothes, shoes, hats, belts, bags and bed linen (no pillow or duvet covers) – great excuse to clear out the wardrobe for that new Christmas outfit. Items should be bagged up, doubled bagged preferably and dropped into the club this Thursday December 05th .
All funds raised will go to SMRC.

We're having another one on December 20th and cordially invite everyone over 16 to attend for mulled wine on arrival, then a 2-course meal, mince pies, tea & coffee. It's BYOB so you can be guaranteed your favourite tipple.

Limerick Regatta anniversary & book launch:
150th anniversary book launch - author Kieran Kerr - was held at Shannon Rowing Club, Limerick last Thursday week.
The book is now available in O'Mahony's Book Shop, O'Connell St., Limerick.
The 150yr anniversary regatta will be available at O'Brien's Bridge on April 25th & 26th. It would make a great Christmas present.
Land based training takes place mid week with on the water sessions on weekends.
The 10 week trial is an ideal way for kids to experience regular training sessions - circuits, running, yoga, conditioning & ergometer sessions.
