Urban Run 2016:
A quick note to thank all who turned up and ran our 10k & 5k events today, there was a fantastic atmosphere. Like last year, unseasonably warm for October, but nobody was complaining! Thanks to all our marshals, bakers, volunteers, timers, water-station crews and all who made the day go so well again this year.

Rowing News:
Well done to Susie Smith and Jenny White who teamed up with Galway RC to finish 2nd fastest in the Women's J18 4- Irish Time trials today! Paul O'Donovan was on hand to congratulate the girls on a great result

The SMRC lotto is a vital part of our fundraising plans, and in particular for our new slipway project as 100% of the lotto proceeds are ring fenced for this urgent construction.
