U14 Hurling
The U14 hurlers consisting of Kilteely Dromkeen and Ballybricken Bohermore (Naomh Brid)continued their good form in the Feile B hurling championship with a quarter final victory over Newcastlewest last Sunday in Monegea. At half time, the lads led 3-04 to 0-02. In the second half, they continued to dominate and ran out winners on a scoreline of 6-05 to 0-07.

U16 Hurling
The U16 hurlers played their first game of the season on Sunday evening taking on Hospital Herbertstown in a challenge game. This was a good game of hurling with both sides getting some great scores. At half time, Hospital Herbertstown had a commanding lead 2-10 to 0-04 having played with a strong breeze. Kilteely Dromkeen picked up the pace in the second half to leave a final scoreline of 4-12 to 3-08. Jamie McCarthy got three second half goals and we had good performances from Fionn Murphy, Rian O'Dea, Eamon O'Regan, and Christopher Lonergan.

Next Up: The u16 hurling championship begins on Thursday May 1 with a trip to St Kierans. The U16 footballers are in action this Monday (April 21) against Pallasgreen at 6.15pm in Pallas. Training continues for both codes this week.
Fundraiser
The club have organised a fundraiser for Friday April 25 in Aherns Bar, Kilteely. Music on the night is by the Lonergan family and we have lots of spot prizes for raffle on the night. Tickets are €5 and can be purchased from any of the club players or club committee members. Everyone who purchases a ticket will be entered into a draw on the night. All funds raised will be going towards a players training fund for the 2014 season.
