MUNSTER SENIOR HURLING CUP
The Munster Senior hurling cup paid a visit to the village on Saturday evening as part of the Kilteely Dromkeen festival. The club would like to thank Steve Walsh and Paudie Ahern who were accompanying the cup and gave great to all the supporters for photos and autographs. Both players represented the Limerick Senior Hurling Panel very well on the night.
INTERCOUNTY
Well done to Sean McCarthy (U14) and Fionn Murphy (U15) who both played for Limerick County football teams in the Munster tournaments held in Waterford on the weekend of July 13. The club also have Jamie McCarthy on the U15 hurling panel while Sean O’Dea (Minor) and Denis O’Dea (U21) have represented Limerick this year.
FIXTURES
U-14 football v Bruree in Bruree on Wednesday July 24 at 7.00pm.
U-12 hurling v Hospital Herbertstown in Kilteely on Thursday July 25 at 6.45pm.
Junior hurling championship v Fedamore on Sunday July 27 at 7.45pm with venue to be confirmed.
The junior footballers will will take part in the Knockane football tournament on Thursday July 25 with throw in at 7.30 in Knockane.  |
