FEILE NA NGAEL 2013
The wait is over, its finally here! A huge amount of preparation both on and off the field has taken place for Feile 2013. Letterkenny Gaels will arrive this Thursday July 4 at 6.30pm in Kilteely where all the Players and parents will be on hand to meet them. They will be introduced to their host families in Cill Bhride where some refreshments will be served. Then on Friday July 5, we will play Letterkenny at 3pm in the local GAA field, all support would be greatly appreciated. We will then head to the Gaelic Grounds in Limerick for the big Feile parade to O'Connell Street. It will be on to Claughaun early on Saturday morning as we play Oran from Roscommon at 11am and Claughaun at 1pm and depending on results the Semi-Finals will be played in Claughaun at 6.15pm.We have entertainment arranged for the children and adults in the Teach, Cloverfield at 8pm on Saturday evening followed by music for the Adults in Aherns. If we are fortunate enough to reach the Final it will be played on Sunday morning at 11am in Mungret. Local support throughout the weekend would be gratefully appreciated. Please support our local lotto as all proceeds from this weekend’s draw will go towards the cost of running Feile.

FIRST GOAL SCORER COMPETITION
The club are running a running a first goal scorer competition for the Munster Final. Tickets cost €2 each and the winners prize is €300. Each ticket contains a time of the game in minutes and seconds. If the first goal of the game is scored on the time displayed in your ticket, you will be the winner. All of the club players and members will be selling tickets in the coming weeks. The funding will be going towards hosting the Fèile competition and project work planned in the club for the coming months. Please support.
