4. Claire Ryan, Pallas Our Seniors are out in action this weekend in the first round of the North Championship. We play Moneygall in Dolla Sunday at 4pm and we really hope to see a big turnout from Borris to support the lads. Our Junior As had a great victory in the North League last weekend, we defeated Kilruane on a score line of 2-14 to 1-13 after a really terrific performance. Also our Golf Classic is just around the corner, it takes place on the 23rd and 24th of this month in Thurles and its looking like its going to be another cracker. A team of 4 is €120 and can be booked by ringing Martin Fahy on 087-2608780 and there are also slots left if anyone wants to sponsor a tee box which is worth €30 and if you make contact with any officer of the club they will be happy to talk to you about it. Next weeks draw takes place in Stapletons Bar, Main St. and the jackpot is worth €4,400
