Our Minor team was our only team in competitive action in the last seven days. We played Toomevara last Friday evening and Nenagh last night and after two tough games we game out on the wrong end of the score line in both. But with two great performances in both matches and with four more games to play in the group stage we have no doubt we will see our young stars involved in the business end of the championship.
On the Senior front we await the winners of the County Qualifier Round 2 game between Burgess and Cappawhite, who play this coming Monday evening, for our next match. No date has been set for this match as of yet and as soon as we know we will let everyone know.
Our Junior A team will also be out in Championship action next weekend when we play Kildangan in our first match. A day has not been fixed for this but we hope to confirm it by the end of this weekend.
Next weeks draw takes place in The Clodagh Bar and the jackpot is worth €11,800
