This weekend sees the return of the Senior championship when we play Roscrea in a North Quarter Final. That match takes place in Nenagh this coming Sunday with a 3.30pm throw in. And we hope to see a big turn out to see our lads in action.
Our Junior As will also be out the following weekend when we entertain Burgess in our third match of our league campaign. That match will take place in Borris, Saturday week, the 1st June, with a 7.30pm throw in.
Also that weekend we will be holding our Golf Classic, which is taking place in Thurles Golf Club over two days, Friday the 30th May and Saturday the 1st June, with huge interest so far it has the makings of two wonderful days of golfing.
And also this weekend sees the return of the annual Peadar Cummins tournament which involves all four divisions in Tipperary playing against each other at under 14 level. That takes place this Saturday, 25th May , and hopefully the weather will make for a great days hurling.
Next weeks draw takes place in Stapletons Bar, Main St. and the jackpot is worth €10,600
