4. Helen Hurley, Knockanevin A busy week ahead on the hurling field as firstly our Juniors are out tonight(Friday) when we travel to Nenagh to take on Burgess in a must win match in the North Championship. This match throws in at 8pm and all support would be greatly appreciated.
On Tuesday night our Seniors are out in a league semi final as we aim to take a step closer to regaining our title. We take on Kiladangan at 8pm in Borris and we hope to see a huge Borris crowd there to support the lads.
On Thursday evening our Minors are finally back in action when we travel to Nenagh to take on Toomevara. This has an 8pm throw in and again all support would be greatly appreciated.
Congratulations to our own James Devaney and Kevin Maher who were part of the victorious Tipp team who won last weekends Munster title. Both men are a credit to this great club. Next weeks draw takes place in The Clodagh Bar and the jackpot is worth €9,200
