There were so many heroes on the field with several contenders for Man of the Match with Padraig Doyle taking the accolades. Well done Padraig. It must be a record for Marc Lennon who captained the winning side for the fourth consecutive year. Its amazing to realise that Bray Emmets has won 7 of the past 9 County Senior Hurling finals. Well done to all. Who would have thought that was possible a few years ago? Congratulations to all, Paul Carley as manager, all previous managers selectors, coaches, Physios, Kit organisers and all the backroom helpers who all played a key part in making this happen. Well done to all. . This weekend the Senior Football County final will be held between Baltinglass and St Pats. Bray Emmets 1997 Intermediate football champions are being honoured at half-time. Brian OKeefe who played on that winning side has organised a get-together in the Clubhouse Old Conna where old acquaintances can be be renewed. Congratulations to our Minor Footballers who qualified for the County Semi-Final next weekend against Aughrim.
