No Jackpot winners, sad to say. Joy for Mary OBrien who picks up €25 in the Lucky Dip. This is a very busy time for all games. Last night our Intermediate hurlers had a great win over Western Gaels in the Intermediate championship in Ballinakill. There were some great performances against the team that was tipped by many as favourites to win the County Final. Well done to all concerned. Our senior hurlers are out against Carnew in Aughrim this evening at 6.15 in a key match. Now that the heat wave wave is waning why not go to support them. This is likely to be a hotly contested match and sure to be exciting. Next week the emphasis turns to Football when our Senior Footballers play Kiltegan at 1.00 pm in the Championship on Sunday 31st.
