No Jackpot winner I'm afraid but congratulations to Maoliosa OCúlacháin who wins €25 in the Lucky Dip. Thank you to all who attended our Annual General Meeting remotely last night. It was a quiet meeting with all business conducted quite quickly and efficiently. The Chairman thanked all who contributed to a good result across so many areas in spite of the pandemic, all our volunteers across the club, our sponsors who were so generous and together with increased membership numbers, online initiatives such as good Lotto and National Club Draw sales counteracted the losses from some more traditional income streams. He congratulated our Senior Hurlers who won the County Final and went to the quarter finals in Leinster while our Ladies also went to the Leinster quarter final having won the County Final. All-in-all our club is in a healthy state with increased numbers, great facilities and a very active and effective membership. The increased numbers and resultant increased teams and activities leads to the need for more volunteers and also increased costs. Please consider volunteering to support your club. There is a place for all even for the shortest time. If you can, please contact any member of the Executive or coaching.
