No Jackpot winner to celebrate Easter with, however, congratulations to Lillian Nugent who wins €25 in the Lucky Dip. Even though its a few weeks before activities resume on the playing field the light at the end of the tunnel is becoming brighter. Its been a long road but hopefully this will lead to a summer of sport for all of our members to look forward to. A sincere thank you to all who gave such great support to the fund-raising initiatives that were open to us during lockdown. This includes the National Club Draw tickets where 1126 tickets were bought to date, up from a little over 700 in pre-covid February 2020. Our Lotto has also continued at a somewhat higher level than last year. These funds are so important as we have many costs that are fixed and most of our normal fund-raising opportunities are not available to us. Well done and a very Happy Easter to all.
