There was a great turnout for this the first walk / run in Lisryan. Afterwards everyone gathered in the crossroads inn for a well deserved cuppa. The Irish Heart foundation roadshow bus will visit Streete Sports Complex next Friday 10th of October . It will be there from 2.30pm to 6pm. It will be staffed by IHF nurses and they will be checking your blood pressure and offer free advise to maintaining good heart health.
