Leinster Coaching Conference on Saturday 1st February in Carlow IT. (10-3.30pm)
This years Conference will cater for Adult coaches in Hurling and Football ...
Overview
The focus of the conference will be on helping coaches to think about preparing their players to perform for the season ahead from a technical, physical and mental perspective.
Coaching is a constant learning process and the timing, content and knowledge imparted by the experienced presenters is an opportunity not to be missed.
The content of the conference is intended to be thought provoking and designed to create greater awareness among coaches as to what are the latest and best approaches to preparing teams.
