Wel done to the 32 cyclists and the numerous support team for their 135km Lap of Louth cycle. It was a great day yet again, weather was sunny with a little wind to give the group a challenge. This is a huge fundraiser for the club and we would like thank each of the cyclists that raised €175 sponsorship and to all their sponsors.

Newtown Blues Gear- If you want to buy any Blues gear it will be on sale each Wed. night from 7pm-8pm ONLY (from 24th April). First come, first served, best dressed :) A price list will be available before Wed. night. We hope this will suit all members

White Collar Boxing Fundraiser: Anyone interested in taking part in a white collar boxing event- Blues vs O'Raghallaighs to be run in November, let me know- we're looking for all demographics-adult players (men & women), trainers, supporters, parents etc. An experience not to be missed! Coaches Required
Louth GAA Kellogg’s Cúl Camps 2013
Louth GAA Coaching & Games are looking for coaches for the Louth GAA Kellogg's Cúl Camps which will be taking place at various venues throughout the county this summer. Applicants must currently be coaching in a club, school or county development squad. Coaches on the Kellogg's Cúl Camps should have at least completed a GAA Foundation Award and Code of Best Practice and be Garda Vetted whilst undertaking compulsory Cúl Camp Coaches training as part of the programme. All coaches must be 18+ years of age and have expressed interest in Coaching Gaelic games. Standard Tax and PRSI rules will apply to all coaches. Application forms should be returned to francis.mcmullen.gamesmanager.louth@gaa.ie or posted to Francie McMullen, Louth GAA Centre of Excellence, Darver, Readypenny, Co. Louth. Closing date for all applications is Friday 17th May - Late applications or applications that do not meet the minimum criteria will not be accepted under any circumstances.
