Men`s Team Win After Conceding Early Goal
Dolmen scored from their first attack in the opening minute. The lads responded following a Daniel O`Brien corner to the back post which was headed back across the defence for the in-running Owen Coleman to fire home from close range on ten minutes. After half-time Daniel O`Brien thought he had scored when he connected well to a through ball from Coleman, only to be denied by the crossbar with Brandon Ryan firing home the rebound for 2-1 on 51 minutes. Twice Dolmen got shots through a crowded defence, only to be denied by Fergal Harmon to keep them out. With the last kick of the game, Coleman calmly lobbed the outcoming keeper from a Robert Ryan pass 3 – 1, to wrap up the points.
Six Of The Best For Kallan - The 12`s got off to a great start in Ballon when Kallan McCabe slotted home in the first minute and within five minutes, he rifled home an excellent through ball from Ella Corcoran, been the pick of his tally of six.
