Lotto numbers drawn on Monday 10 February were 10,14,17 and 24. There was no jackpot winner. There were two match three winners who shared 150 Euro: Peter O`Rourke, Tullow and Michael Deering, Enniscorthy. Promoter prize`s Peg Kehoe. With all Sunday`s matches postponed due to storm Ciara, last weekend`s action was confined to the juveniles, with the U12`s playing in Tinryland and they didn`t disappoint. Both Slaney and St. Joseph`s played out an entertaining competitive first-half. Craig Burgess went close to opening the scoring in the early minutes when he forced two great saves from the home goal keeper. While at the other end Joe`s were denied a score of their own by a couple of excellent saves by Callum Boland to leave it scoreless at half-time. Ten minutes into the second half, the deadlock was broken with Sam Jones and Callum Brennan combining well to set up Jack Corcoran who smashed home through a crowded defence. Late in the game, Joe`s applied strong pressure in search of an equaliser but were denied by a last-ditch tackle by Callum Brennan.on a forward with the goal at his mercy and later on, a clearance off the line by Craig Burgess to claim full points for a deserved win.
