Lotto numbers drawn on Monday 15 October were 7, 9, 10 and 11. There was no jackpot winner. There were four match three winners who shared €160: Manus Molloy,Rathvilly; Josephine Gardiner, 38 Father Cullen Terrace, Rathvilly; Margaret Smith, Knocklishenbeg, Rathvilly and Hazel Burgess, Lisnavagh. Promoters` prize Jenny Donegan. The club is hosting a five-a-side tournament on the 3rd of November in Tullow Community School astro pitches. Cost is €100 per team of seven players and will run from 10am until 3pm. Anybody interested in taking part should text their name and contact details to 0857359229 or contact any committee member. All money raised from this competition will go towards an all-weather astro turf training area for Rathvilly which will service the whole community. In the league seniors had to come from behind twice to share the spoils in Bagenalstown. Slaney created all the chances early on but found themselves 1-0 down when Kilree scored from the penalty spot on 24 minutes. Sean Furlong who was wide of the target early on made no mistake from 12 yards on 29 minutes. Two minutes after the interval the home side made it 2-1 before Sean Furlong sent a peach of a free kick all the way to the net for the equaliser to share the points on the day when Regan Murphy made his 100th appearance in Slaney colours.
