On a beautiful May Bank Holiday weekend The Village Inn Ardgroom was the venue for the €8,600 Lotto Jackpot Draw. There was again terrific support for the draw aided greatly by our local sellers and increasing online interest. The numbers drawn 2,8,14 & 24. Despite more near misses than ever there was no golden ticket. We couldn't leave without giving away some cash to our loyal support however. The lucky dip winners were Michael Lynch, Ardgroom; Rosemarie O'Donoghue, CTB;Lorraine O' Shea, Adrigole and two long serving sellers Mary Shea, Eyeries and Theresa O' Sullivan, Coulagh. Next draw will be in three weeks again, May 26th, in Causkeys Bar for a jackpot of €8,800. You can buy locally or online. Your support is greatly appreciated. Thank you very much and the very best of luck. Urhan Coiste na nÓg are organising a guided climb of Carrauntoohill on May 20th to help fundraise for the underage teams.
