A large number of RGU men and women made their way to Dublin on Saturday, 15th July, for the Tailteann Cup final and no-one made themselves more audible than our U-15 boys who went down en masse. Many thanks to Marty, Damien, Barry and Ryan for facilitating. Unfortunately Down's season ended in disappointment, with Meath emerging victorious in the Tailteann Cup Final. With the County season over for the men, together with the summer break, club games get back on track with the men away on Thursday in Glenn and the Ladies at home to Bryansford on Saturday. The boys championships and knockout competitions get underway this weekend with the minors at home to Carryduff on Sunday. Good luck to Down ladies who play Carlow in the All Ireland Junior Ladies Football Championship semi-final on Sunday 23rd July in Parnell Park at 2pm.
