SENIOR FOOTBALL CHAMPIONSHIP 

Senior Ladies are into the final County ‘C’ Championship Final after a 1.10 to 1.04 win over St.John Bsco, Newry. 

Senior Men have been drawn against Burren in Round 2 of the Senior Football Championship:

• Sunday 11th September, 5pm at St Patrick’s Park, Newcastle 

MINOR LADIES WIN COUNTY ‘A’ LEAGUE 

Comhghairdeas to our Minor Ladies on winning the All-County A League, following a thrilling game against Burren. 

Burren edged out winners just the week before, but this loss provided a learning opportunity. The ladies started exceptionally well, taking a 12pt lead. Burren dug deep bringing the game back to level scores with just a few mins to go but a patient and controlled RGU worked the ball up the field and scored the winning point.
