It is with great sadness that we have learned today of the tragic passing of Siobhan Smyth, wife of former player and senior and juvenile manager Kyran. She is the mother of current senior footballers Paul and Tom.
Siobhan was one of the kindest and gentlest souls you could ever meet. She was an ever present around the club through Kyran’s career and then again following both her sons progression. She was rightfully a very proud mum.
Siobhan was always ready to get her hands dirty at club events and with a supportive word for all the boys and girls, she will be sadly missed by us all.
However she will be truly missed by her large family particularly Kyran and the two boys she absolutely doted on.
To Kyran, Paul and Tom, parents Ally and Dorina, sisters Angela and Marian as well as extended family circle we extend our heartfelt condolences.
