There was no winner of the lotto jackpot of €17,000. The numbers drawn in the first draw were: 4, 10, 14, 26. The numbers drawn in the second draw were: 9, 12, 14, 28. The winners of the €25 prize were Paul Dillon, Rose Martin, Harry Dillon, John Kiely and Robert Moore. Promoters prize went to Rose Brannock.
Well done to the Seniors who beat Maynooth on Tuesday last. Also well done to the Seniors B’s who beat Allenwood.
Best of luck to John Browne who will be representing his club at Minor County level at the upcoming championship match against Wexford.

On Wednesday 13 May the Under 11's travelled to Ballykelly to play semi-final of shield. This was great match especially the second half where Suncroft put in a great team performance. Suncroft started well and were leading by 2 points after a goal by Jack Hannon. But then Ballykelly took over and put fierce pressure on the Suncroft defence and goals were conceded. Suncroft picked themselves up at halftime and took control of the game in second half limiting Ballykelly to 2 pts . A great goal chance went a begging late in second half and Suncroft eventually lost by 4 points on a scoreline of 5-3 to 1-11. This concludes action for the year for the Under 11's.
Also on Wednesday 13 May the Under 14's took Ballyna at home in Round 1 of league . A great game of football, Suncroft started well and were leading 2-2 to 1-4 at half time with two great points from Jason Kelly. Ballyna went five points up after 10 minutes of second half. Suncroft came back with 3 points from Ciaran Troy and could have snatched a win in the end as a goal chance went unconverted. Robert Burke pulled off some great saves in Suncroft goal. Suncroft went down by 2 points on scoreline of 3-8 to 2-9. Under 14's play next match at home against Na Fianna on Wednesday 20th May at 7pm.
On Saturday last Ciaran Troy and Brendan Kane played for Kildare Under 14's against Louth and Westmeath respectively in an under 14 tournament. Both players did well with Brendan playing corner back and Ciaran scored 4 points.
The Under 12's team played in a county blitz in Round Towers on Saturday May 16th. Congratulations to all who took part and on reaching the semi final where they went down to Eadestown.
The Under 10's kick off their league in the coming week. Suncroft have entered two teams one in Division 1 and the other in Division 4.
On Thursday May 21 at 7pm Suncroft play Castledermot away on in Division 1 and in Division 4 they are at home against Nurney.
